Welcome to the
Chestnut Oaks Stingrays Swim Team
2011 Season!

We want to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your dedication and support of the Chestnut Oaks Swim Team. With 180 swimmers on our team, we were very proud of the accomplishments of each and every one of our team members. We are lucky to have so many wonderful new and returning families who have cheerfully volunteered their time and efforts. It takes over 50 parents to run a swim meet, not to mention the other activities, so we certainly appreciate everyone’s cooperation and time! Once again, we are looking forward to a wonderful 2011 swim season.

Any CORA member age 5 - 18 as of 6/01/2011 is eligible to join the Stingrays. Age 5 & 6 must be able to swim the 'front crawl' the width of the pool unassisted. Ages 7 & up should be able to swim the 'front crawl' the length of the pool (25 meters) unassisted. Ages 9 & up swim 2 lengths (50 meters) at meets.

This year we are swimming in Division I of the
Greater Richmond Aquatic League!
