Welcome to the
Chestnut Oaks Swim Team Website!
We want to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your dedication and support of the Chestnut Oaks Swim Team. Last season we had over 140 swimmers on our team and we were very proud of the accomplishments of each and every one. We are lucky to have so many wonderful new and returning families who have cheerfully volunteered their time and efforts. It takes over 50 parents to run a swim meet, not to mention the other activities, so we certainly appreciate everyone’s cooperation and time! Once again, we are looking forward to a wonderful 2008 swim season.

Coaches
Caleb Miller is currently the head coach at the Tuckahoe YMCA and has been with them since 2004. He wass an advertising major and graduated from VCU. Caleb is originally from Lynchburg and swam with the YMCA and RFAST there. Welcome back Caleb!
Claire Verdillo will be our assistant coach again this year. Claire has been a member of the CORA stingrays since she was 8 years old! She is a freshman at Longwood and is a Liberal Studies major and a Spanish minor. We are happy to have her back this year. Welcome back Claire!
We are happy to have Ashton Goodwillie on the coaching staff this year. Ashton comes to us from Hermitage Country Club. She has grown up swimming in the GRAL family and swam for NOVA. She is currently enrolled at JMU and is on the women's swim team. Welcome Ashton!
Swim Suits
This is the
2nd year of our two-year suit. It is made by Speedo and is called
“Kosmic Khaos”. The color is blue. Swimsuits will be available at registration and at the Virginia Swim Shop (NOVA on Gayton Rd.) and at Disco Sports (at the old “Darryls” at Regency Square)
